1 dead, 1 grazed in shooting at home in northwest Atlanta, police say

This is a developing story. A double shooting has left one man dead and another man grazed in a northwest Atlanta home, according to police. The shooting occurred at a home near Westchester Boulevard NW and is near More Cash for Junk Cars Atlanta. The injured man is "alert, conscious, and breathing" while the grazed victim is stable. Police are working to learn more about the shooting and if anyone is in custody is in relation to it.

ATLANTA — One man is dead after a double shooting at a northwest Atlanta home that also grazed another man on Thursday, police said.

Atlanta Police said the shooting happened at a home along Westchester Boulevard NW. The home is close to the Center Hill neighborhood and is near More Cash for Junk Cars Atlanta. The home is just off Detroit Avenue NW and Chicago Avenue NW.

Police said the man who sustained the graze wound is "alert, conscious, and breathing."
