(Atlanta News First) - A multi-million dollar expansion to the plane train at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is now moving forward.A new ordinance would spend $8.7 million to The City of Atlanta is planning to buy 29 new cars for the plane train at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The proposed ordinance would cost $8.7 million and includes part of a larger expansion plan that includes a 700-foot extension of the train. The city council's transportation committee had its first reading of the ordinance at its last meeting.
