Georgia football will travel to Austin for their first SEC matchup versus the Texas Longhorns in 2024. In fact, it’s one of college football’s most anticipated games of the regular season.

Southwest Airlines gets it. As part of the company’s limited time football season flight additions, it will offer an Atlanta to Austin route for fans looking to make the trip out west.

“Thinking about following your favorite college football team on the road this season? Southwest just made it easier for you with extra flights to see six marquee matchups in September and October,” Southwest Airlines wrote in a news release on their website. “On key weekends, we’ve added extra service between New Orleans and Las Vegas, Nashville and Oklahoma City, as well as Atlanta and Austin. Additionally, new service kicks off between Austin and Detroit, Birmingham and Milwaukee, and Columbus and Portland, Ore.”

In other words, there are no excuses to not be there, Longhorn fans.
